The Town Council has consulted the Data Protection Agency for advice, and stresses that this webcam is not CCTV; it does not store pictures, but provides a live snapshot at regular intervals so the public can appreciate Attleborough’s lovely town centre when they are not there.
The Town Mayor; Vera Dale commented, “This is a wonderful opportunity to promote the town further afield."
